Hazard Warning Switch: Service and Repair
REMOVAL PROCEDURE1. Remove the center air deflector.
2. Squeeze the retainer on the backside of hazard warning and cruise control switch.
3. Pull the hazard warning and cruise control switch from the retainer in the instrument panel.
4. Disconnect the electrical connectors from the hazard warning and cruise control switch.
5. Remove the hazard warning and cruise control switch from instrument panel.
6. Remove the hazard warning and cruise control switch bezel from the instrument panel trim pad by using a small flat-bladed tool to the release retainers.
INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Align the hazard warning and cruise control switch to instrument panel.
2. Squeeze the retainer levers on the backside of the hazard warning and cruise control switch.
3. Press the hazard warning and cruise control switch into the retainer in the instrument panel until fully seated then releasing retainer levers.
4. Press the hazard warning and cruise control switch bezel into instrument panel trim pad until fully seated.
5. Connect the electrical connectors to the hazard warning and cruise control switch.
6. Install the center air deflector.
