Fog/Driving Lamp: Service and Repair

REMOVAL PROCEDURE



1. Raise and suitably support the vehicle.
2. Disconnect the electrical connector from the front fog lamp assembly.




3. Remove the nuts retaining the front bumper fascia lower support to the front fog lamp bracket.
4. Remove the fascia lower support from the vehicle.




5. Remove the nuts retaining the front fog lamp assembly to the front bumper impact bar.
6. Remove the front tog lamp assembly from the vehicle.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Install the front fog lamp assembly into position on the front bumper impact bar.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

2. Install the front fog lamp assembly to the front bumper impact bar retaining nuts.

Tighten
Tighten the front fog lamp assembly retaining nuts to 10 N.m (89 lb in).




3. Install the front bumper fascia lower support to the vehicle.
4. Install the front bumper fascia lower support to the front fog lamp bracket retaining nuts.

Tighten
Tighten the front bumper fascia lower support retaining nuts to 10 N.m (89 lb in).




5. Connect the electrical connector to the front fog lamp assembly.
6. Lower the vehicle.
7. Check the front fog lamp aim, If a new front fog lamp assembly was installed, or if service or repairs in the front end area may have disturbed the front fog lamp assembly mounting. Refer to Fog Lamp Aiming Procedure. Adjustments
