Engine Coolant Temperature
Coolant temperature data is calculated within the PCM. The coolant temp warning indicator is controlled through the class II serial data line by the PCM. The instrument cluster will illuminate the coolant temp warning indicator when the PCM has determined that the engine coolant temperature has reached a value of approximately
124°C (255°F). Refer to
