Sunroof Drain Hose Replacement (Front)

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the instrument panel insulator.
2. Remove the parking brake pedal, if replacing the left front hose.
3. Remove the hood release handle and cable.
4. Remove the acoustical patch.
5. Remove the headliner.
6. Remove the sunroof drain hose from the sunroof module.
7. Remove the sunroof drain hose from the vehicle. Pull out through the A-pillar.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

IMPORTANT: Lubricate each end of the sunroof drain hose with general purpose lubricant GM P/N 12345579 or equivalent.

1. Install the sunroof drain hose to the vehicle.
2. Install the sunroof drain hose to the sunroof module.
3. Install the headliner.
4. Install the acoustical patch.
5. Install the hood release handle and cable.
6. Install the parking brake lever, if replacing the left front hose.
7. Install the instrument panel insulator.
