Door Replacement - Rear

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Remove the rear door inner trim panel.
2. Remove the rear door water deflector.
3. Remove the rear door inner sealing strip.
4. Remove the rear door stationary window.
5. Remove the rear door frame molding.
6. Remove the rear door window.
7. Remove the rear door outside door handle.
8. Remove the rear door inside door handle.
9. Remove the armrest bracket.
10. Remove the rear door lock.
11. Remove the rear door window weather-strip.
12. Remove the rear door window regulator.
13. Remove the rear door wiring harness.
14. Remove the rear door body side molding.
15. Remove the rear door.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the rear door.
2. Install the wiring harness.
3. Install the rear door window regulator.
4. Install the rear door window weather-strip.
5. Install the rear door lock.
6. Install the arm rest bracket.

Tighten
Tighten the arm rest bracket screws to 10 N.m (89 lb in).

7. Install the rear door inside door handle.
8. Install the rear door outside door handle.
9. Install the rear door window.
10. Install the rear door frame molding.
11. Install the rear door stationary window.
12. Install the rear door inner sealing strip.
13. Install the rear door water deflector.
14. Install the rear door trim panel.
15. Adjust the rear door. Refer to Door Adjustment (All).
16. Install the rear door body side molding.
