Door Replacement - Front

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Remove the front door inner trim panel.
2. Remove the front door water deflector.
3. Remove the front door inner sealing strip.
4. Remove the front door outer belt sealing strip.
5. Remove the front door window.
6. Remove the front door window weather-strip.
7. Remove the front door window regulator.
8. Remove the front door outside door handle.
9. Remove the front door inside handle.
10. Remove the front door lock.
11. Remove the front door wiring harness.
12. Remove the front door weatherstrip.
13. Remove the door side body moldings.
14. Remove the front door.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the front door.
2. Install the front door body side moldings.
3. Install the front door weatherstrip.
4. Install the front door lock.
5. Install the front door inside handle.
6. Install the front door outside door handle.
7. Install the front door window regulator.
8. Install the front door window weather-strip.
9. Install the front door window.
10. Install the front door outer belt sealing strip.
11. Install the front door inner sealing strip.
12. Install the front door wiring harness.
13. Install the front door water deflector.
14. Install the front door inner trim panel.
15. Adjust the front door. Refer to Door Adjustment (All).
