Door Removal - Front

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Open the front door.
2. Remove the front door conduit.
3. Support the front door.
4. Remove the front door body side hinge bolts with help from an assistant.
5. Remove the front door with the help of an assistant.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the front door with the help of an assistant.
2. Support the front door.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

IMPORTANT: Use Loctite(R) Blue GM P/N 12345382 or equivalent prior to the fastener installation.

3. Install the body side door hinge bolts with the help of an assistant.

Tighten
Tighten the body side door hinge bolts to 33 N.m (24 lb ft).

4. Remove the door support.
5. Install the door conduit.
6. Adjust the front door. Refer to Door Adjustment (All).
