Fuel Door Switch: Service and Repair

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Partially remove the rear compartment lid /fuel filler door release switch assembly (2) by pulling rearward.
2. Disconnect the electrical connector.
3. Remove the switch assembly.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Partially install the rear compartment lid /fuel filler door release switch assembly (2).
2. Connect the electrical connector.
3. Align the switch assembly to the instrument panel. Push inward in order to fasten the switch assembly.
