Horn Relay: Service and Repair

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Remove the front wheelhouse panel.
2. Remove the bolt (1).
3. Remove the F-note horn (3).
4. Disconnect the connector (4).

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Connect the connector (4) to the horn (3).
2. Install the F-note horn (3).

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

3. Install the bolt (1).

Tighten
Tighten the bolt to 11 N.m (98 lb in).

4. Install the wheelhouse panel.

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Remove the front wheelhouse panel.
2. Remove the bolt (4).
3. Remove the A-note horn (2).
4. Disconnect the connector (1).

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Connect the connector (1) to the horn (2).
2. Install the A-note horn (2).

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
3. Install the bolt (4).

Tighten
Tighten the bolt to 11 N.m (98 lb in).

4. Install the wheelhouse panel.
