Retained Accessory Power

Retained accessory power (RAP) allows the radio, the power windows, sunroof (if equipped), and the cellular telephone (if equipped) to operate for approximately 10 minutes after the ignition switch is turned to the OFF position. If any passenger compartment door is opened within that time, however, RAP is disabled.
