Radiator Hose Replacement - Inlet

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Drain the coolant.





2. Remove the radiator inlet hose (1) from the radiator.
3. Remove the radiator inlet hose bracket from the radiator upper tie bar.
4. Remove the radiator inlet hose (1) from the engine.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE





1. Install the radiator inlet hose (1) to the engine.
2. Install the radiator inlet hose bracket onto the hose.
3. Install the radiator inlet hose (1) to the radiator.





4. Install the radiator inlet hose bracket onto the radiator upper tie bar.
5. Refill the cooling system.
6. Start the engine.
7. Check for leaks.
