Lumbar Replacement - Front Seat

REMOVAL PROCEDURE

IMPORTANT: The lumbar pump motor is located under the driver's seat. The hose connections are numbered and color-coded in the following manner:

^ Driver's upper bladder - green
^ Driver's lower bladder - yellow
^ Passenger's upper bladder - blue
^ Passenger's lower bladder - gray For electrical diagnosis, refer to Lumbar Support System Check

1. Remove the front seat.
2. Remove the seat back.
3. Remove the seat back cover and the cushion.
4. Remove the 2 pneumatic hoses (6).
5. Remove the lumbar bladder (7).

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Install the lumbar bladder (7).
2. Install the 2 pneumatic hoses (6).
3. Install the seat back cover and the cushion.
4. Install the seat back.
5. Install the seat.
