Latch Replacement - Console Compartment Door

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Open the console compartment door.
2. Insert a flat bladed tool in between the side of the latch (1) and the console compartment door. Carefully pry the latch from the mounting stud.




3. Remove the latch (1).

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install 1 side of the latch to the mounting stud (1) on the console compartment door.




2. Using a flat bladed tool carefully pry the other side of the latch (1) onto the mounting stud.
3. Close the compartment door.
4. Test the latch operation.
