Station Preset Setting

In order to set a desired station, complete the following steps:
1. Select the desired band, AM or FM.
2. Tune in the station you want.
3. Press the TONE button (UPO only) in order to set the equalization setting for the station.
4. Set the ATC setting, if applicable.
5. Press and hold one of the numbered buttons for at least 2 seconds.
During the time-out period, the audio will mute and no channel number will display. After 2 seconds the audio returns and the channel number displays, signaling that the radio has stored the new preset frequency.
6. Release the button.

The display shows the frequency and the channel number for 5 seconds after you have created the new preset.
