4T80-E Automatic Transaxle

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the transmission shift control knob and the console trim plate. Refer to Shifter Handle and Shifter Trim Plate in Instrument Panel, Gauges and Warning Indicators.
2. Remove the electrical connector from the BTSI and the BTSI end cap from the shift control assembly.
3. Remove the BTSI solenoid from the shift control assembly.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Install the BTSI solenoid to the shift control assembly.
2. Install the end cap to the shift control assembly and the electrical connector to the BTSI.
3. Install the console center trim plate and the shift control knob.
