Control Valve Assembly

REMOVE OR DISCONNECT
1. Pump assembly from vehicle if necessary for access.
2. O-ring union fitting (16) from housing (6) and discard O-ring seal (3) from fitting (16).
3. Control valve assembly (13) from housing (6).

INSTALL OR CONNECT
1. Control valve assembly (13) to housing (6).
2. New O-ring seal (3) onto union fitting (16) lubricated with power steering fluid, and fitting ( 16) into pump housing (6).
^ Tighten union fitting (16) to 75.0 Nm (55 ft. lbs.).
3. Pump assembly to vehicle, if removed.
