Power Steering Pump Pulley Replacement

^ Tools Required:
- J 38825 Pulley Remover
- J 25033-B Installer
- Or Equivalents

REMOVE OR DISCONNECT
1. Pump drive belt(s).
2. Pump from engine for tool clearance.
3. Using removal tool, pulley from pump.

INSTALL OR CONNECT
1. Using installer tool, pulley onto pump. Axial tolerance of pulley on pump shaft is + 0.25 mm (+ 0.010 inch).
2. Pump onto engine.
3. Pump drive belt(s).
4. Bleed power steering system.
^ Inspect for leaks.
