Backup Lamp: Service and Repair

Backup Lamp:

The backup lamps are an integral part of the license plate pocket and can only be serviced as an assembly. The backup lamp bulbs can be serviced using the procedure below.

Remove or Disconnect
1. Screws retaining license plate pocket.
2. Backup lamp sockets from back up lamp by squeezing tang and turning counterclockwise.
3. Bulb from socket.

Install or Connect
1. Bulbs to sockets.
2. Sockets to backup lamps.
3. License pocket.
4. Screws.
