Air Bag Warning

The DIC displays the AIR BAG PROBLEM message when the Supplemental Inflatable Restraint Module (SDM) determines that a problem exists with the Supplemental Inflatable Restraint (SIR) system. The DIC receives the SIR data from the instrument cluster via the UART B serial data line.
