Front Crankshaft Oil Seal Removal

1. Using two blocks of wood, evenly support the front cover with the outside surface downward.
2. Remove the front cover seal (2) using a pry bar or screwdriver in order to pry out the seal. The seal should remove easily. Be careful not to gouge the front cover (1) when prying out the front cover seal.
