REMOVE OR DISCONNECT
1. Retainer (2).
2. Shifter handle (1) by lifting up.
3. Electrical connector (3) (Oldsmobile).

INSTALL OR CONNECT
1. Electrical connector (3) (Oldsmobile).
2. Shifter handle (1).
3. Retainer (2).
4. On Oldsmobile, seat lower portion of shifter handle lace to shifter trim plate retainers.
