Station Preset

There are favorite station preset pushbuttons, all of which serve a dual role with cassette and compact disc player functions. When in the receiver mode, they function as station memories (1-5). When a CD or tape is being played, they perform the CD or Tape deck functions.

Pressing and releasing any of the 5 preset buttons will recall that particular frequency, ATC setting (if applicable) and channel number. The audio will mute and any displayed channel number indicators will be extinguished while the button is being depressed. The unit will then tune to the desired preset upon release of the push-button, as long as the button is depressed for less than 2 seconds. If this time is exceeded, the set mode will be activated.
