Garage Door Receiver Installation (Typical):

If the garage door opener system is inoperative, verify the following conditions before performing the garage door opener functional test. This information will have to be obtained from the customer.
^ Verify that the receiver unit on the device being operated has electrical power through the 110V transformer.
^ Check the receiver hook-up wiring for damage. Breaks in the wire are usually found under staples, etc., or at connections.
^ Check that the antenna is properly installed in the receiver.
