Troubleshooting Hints

PERFORM BEFORE BEGINNING SYSTEM DIAGNOSIS
1. Check I/P Fuse Block IGN 3 Fuse. If open, check BRN (41) for a short to ground.
2. Check RH Rear Power Distribution Center Fuse Block #1 Electronic Level Control (ELC) Fuse. If open, check ORN (340) for a short to ground.
3. Check that ELC Height Sensor Connector is properly secured.
4. Check that system connections and G302 are clean and tight, before component replacement.
5. Check that link is properly secured to Actuator Arm and Actuator Arm is not bent or damaged.
^ Check for a broken (or partially broken) wire inside of the insulation which could cause system malfunction but prove "GOOD" in a continuity/voltage check with a system disconnected. These circuits may be intermittent or resistive when loaded, and if possible, should be checked by monitoring for a voltage drop with the system operational (under load).
^ Check for proper installation of aftermarket electronic equipment which may affect the integrity of other systems.
