Idle Speed/Throttle Actuator - Electronic: Service and Repair

IAC Valve And TP Sensor:

Removal Procedure
1. Remove the IAC electrical connector.
2. Remove the two IAC valve attaching screws (4).
3. Remove the IAC valve (1).

Installation Procedure
1. Install the new IAC 0-ring.
2. Install the IAC valve and tighten the screws. Tighten the screws to 3 Nm (27 lb in).
3. Connect the IAC valve electrical connector.
