Air Bag Warning

The Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) displays the AIR BAG PROBLEM message when the Sensing and Diagnostic Module (SDM) determines that a problem exists with the Supplemental Inflatable Restraint (SIR) system. The Driver Information Center (DIC) receives the data from the instrument cluster via serial data line.
