Radiator: Service and Repair

1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Raise and support vehicle.
3. Remove lower air dam, then drain cooling system.
4. Install lower air dam and lower vehicle.
5. Remove upper tie bar.
6. Disconnect cooling fan electrical connectors.
7. Remove left and right cooling fans.
8. Disconnect coolant level sensor electrical connector.
9. Disconnect coolant recovery hose from radiator filler neck.
10. Remove upper and lower radiator hoses from radiator.
11. Remove condenser to radiator attaching bolts.
12. Remove transaxle cooler lines from radiator.
13. Remove radiator from vehicle.
14. Reverse procedure to install. When refilling cooling system refer to Cooling System/Service and Repair for important cooling system refill information.
