Troubleshooting Hints

PERFORM BEFORE BEGINNING SYSTEM DIAGNOSIS
1. Check I/P Fuse Block IGN 1 Fuse and TMNSS Fuse by inspection.
2. Check RH Rear Power Distribution Center Fuse Block #2 PWR ST Fuse and I/P 1 Fuse by visual inspection.
3. Remove RH Rear Power Distribution Center Fuse Block #2 PWR ST Circuit Breaker and check for continuity using an ohmmeter.
4. If seat motor internal circuit breaker trips, it will not reset until voltage is removed from motor.
5. Make sure that G202 is clean and tight.
6. Before component replacement, check for poor connections at related component and in-line harness connector terminal connections.
^ Check for a broken (or partially broken) wire inside of the insulation which could cause system malfunction but prove "GOOD" in a continuity/voltage check with a system disconnected. These circuits may he intermittent or resistive when loaded, and if possible, should be checked by monitoring for a voltage drop with the system operational (under load).
^ Check for proper installation of aftermarket electronic equipment which may affect the integrity of other systems.
