Troubleshooting Hints

TRY FOLLOWING CHECKS BEFORE DOING SYSTEM CHECK.
1. Check I/P Fuse Block HVAC CONT Fuse by visual inspection.
2. Check Rear Fuse Block ELC Fuse by visual inspection.
3. Check that ELC Height Sensor Connector is properly secured.
4. Check that link is properly secured to Actuator Arm and Actuator Arm is not bent or damaged.
