Coolant Level Sensor: Service and Repair

Coolant Level Switch:

REMOVE OR DISCONNECT
1. Negative battery cable.
2. Relieve coolant pressure.
3. Surge tank fastener and coolant hose clamps.
4. Coolant level switch connector.
5. Surge tank.
6. Remove switch from surge tank.

INSTALL OR CONNECT
1. Coolant level switch and O-ring to surge tank.
2. Surge tank.
3. Fastener to surge tank and coolant hose clamps.
4. Coolant level switch connector.
5. Refill with coolant as necessary.
