Troubleshooting Hints - Gauges Cluster

TRY FOLLOWING CHECKS BEFORE DOING SYSTEM CHECK.
1. Check I/P Fuse Block PCM, HVAC CONT, CHIME and CRANK (Buick) Fuses by visual inspection.
2. Check Rear Fuse Block I/P 1 Fuse by visual inspection. If I/P 1 Fuse is blown, there is still a battery feed from the HZRD/STOP Fuse to the IPC. Therefore, the IPC may not be completely shut down.
3. If more than one indicator or gage is out, check common power and ground inputs.
