Troubleshooting Hints

TRY FOLLOWING CHECKS BEFORE DOING SYSTEM CHECK.
1. Check I/P Fuse Block HVAC CONT Fuse by visual inspection.
2. If more than one function is out, check common power and ground inputs.
3. Check Rear Fuse Block I/P 1 Fuse by visual inspection. If I/P 1 Fuse is blown, there is still a battery feed from the HZRD/STOP Fuse to the DIC. Therefore, the DIC may not be completely shut down.
