Symptom Table:

NOTE: For Oldsmobile the chime function is performed by the IPC not a separate chime module. Refer to Driver/Vehicle Information Display for chimes that are associated with DIC warning messages. If a DIC warning message is not accompanied by the appropriate chime, check power and ground terminals on the IPC and if OK, replace Instrument Cluster.
