Troubleshooting Hints - Memory Seats

TRY THE FOLLOWING CHECKS BEFORE DOING SYSTEM DIAGNOSIS.
1. Check I/P Fuse Block CHIME Fuse by inspection.
2. Check Rear Fuse Block B/U LP, PWR ST and I/P 1 Fuse by visual inspection. If the I/P 1 Fuse is blown (Oldsmobile only), there is still a battery feed sneak path from the HZRD/STOP Fuse to the LH Seat/Lock Switch, LH Seat Switch and Outside Mirror Control Switch. Therefore, these components may not be completely shut down.
3. Remove PWR ST Circuit Breaker and check for continuity using an ohmmeter.
