DTC 69

Cruise Control System Circuit:

CIRCUIT DESCRIPTION
This DTC indicates that cruise control and traction control are active at the same time. If such condition is detected by the PCM, DTC 69 is set.

DTC 69 WILL SET WHEN
- Cruise control is engaged.
- PCM serial data indicates traction control active for 0.5 second.

ACTION TAKEN (PCM WILL DEFAULT TO)
- The PCM will not allow cruise control operation with a current DTC 69 set.
- DTC 69 does not illuminate the Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) (Service Engine Soon).

DTC 69 WILL CLEAR WHEN
The fault no longer exists and the ignition switch is cycled "OFF" and ON."
