IF YOU CONFIRM:

The rear hatch is difficult to close or cannot be closed when the temperature is 32°F or below.

NOTE:
This bulletin does not apply if the temperature is above 32°F. Refer to ASIST for further diagnosis.

ACTION:

Replace the back door lock assembly (rear hatch).
