CVT FLUID COOLER SYSTEM

CVT Fluid Cooler Removal and Installation (QR25DE)

NOTE:
When removing components such as hoses, tubes/lines, etc., cap or plug openings to prevent fluid from spilling.

REMOVAL

1.Drain the coolant from the radiator. Changing Engine Coolant.
2.Remove the air cleaner assembly. Service and Repair.
3.Remove the front RH wheel and tire. Adjustment.
4.Remove the splash shield RH. Component.
5.Disconnect and remove the CVT water hoses.
6.Remove the CVT fluid cooler and O-ring.

CAUTION:
Do not reuse O-ring.
7.Remove the CVT fluid cooler assembly.

INSTALLATION

Installation is in the reverse order of removal.





- Install and torque the CVT cooler assembly bolts to the specified torque in the order shown.

CAUTION:
Do not reuse O-ring.
