Front Door Panel: Service and Repair




DOOR FINISHER

Removal and Installation


FRONT DOOR











Removal
1.Open front door and front door window.
2.Remove the mirror finisher.
3.Release the inside handle cover pawls and remove, then remove the screw.
4.Remove the armrest pad.
5.Release the pull cup cover pawls and remove, then remove the screw.
6.Insert a suitable tool into back edge of front door power window and door lock/unlock switch finisher. Gently pry upward to release the clips and remove the finisher.
- If equipped, insert a suitable tool between door finisher and manual door window crank handle to release clip, then remove handle.





7.Disconnect front door power window and door lock/unlock switch harness connector (if equipped).
8.Remove the front door finisher bolt.





9.Release the clips by inserting a suitable tool as shown, then lift the front door finisher upward to remove it from the door body panel.
Installation
Installation is in the reverse order of removal.

REAR DOOR












Removal
1.Open rear door and rear door window.
2.Remove the armrest pad.
3.Release the inside handle cover pawls and remove, then remove the screw.
4.Release the pull cup cover pawls and remove, then remove the screw.
5.Insert a suitable tool into back edge of rear door power window switch finisher. Gently pry upward to release the clips and remove the finisher.
- If equipped, insert a suitable tool between door finisher and manual door window crank handle to release clip, then remove handle.
6.Disconnect rear door power window switch harness connector, if equipped.
7.Remove rear door finisher bolt.





8.Release the clips by inserting a suitable tool as shown, then lift the rear door finisher upward to remove it from the door body panel.
Installation
Installation is in the reverse order of removal.
