Satellite Radio Tuner Left Channel Audio Signal Circuit Inspection (Premium System)


1. CHECK HARNESS

1.Turn ignition switch OFF.
2.Disconnect satellite radio tuner connector B56 (A) and AV control unit connector M96 (B).
3.Check continuity between satellite radio tuner and AV control unit.










4.Check continuity between satellite radio tuner and ground.





OK or NG
OK- GO TO 2.
NG- Repair harness or connector.

2. CHECK LEFT CHANNEL AUDIO SIGNAL

1.Connect satellite radio tuner and AV control unit.
2.Turn ignition switch ON.





3.Check signal between satellite radio tuner connector B56 terminals 21 and 22 with CONSULT or oscilloscope.
21 - 22: Refer to "Terminal and Reference Value for Satellite Radio Tuner".
OK or NG
OK- Replace AV control unit. Without Navigation.
NG- Replace satellite radio tuner. Without Navigation.
