KICKING PLATE INNER : Removal and Installation


REMOVAL


CAUTION:
- When removing, always use a remover tool that is made of plastic to prevent damage to the parts.
- Never damage the body.
FRONT KICKING PLATE INNER





1.Disengage fixing pawls on front lower end of front kicking plate inner using a remover tool (A).

CAUTION:
Apply protective tape (B) on the parts to protect it from damage.

Broken triangle indicates : Pawl
White arrow indicates : Vehicle front






2.Lift up toward vehicle upper and disengage fixing pawls of front kicking plate inner starting from the front.

CAUTION:
Never lift up excessively. Otherwise, rear end of front kicking plate inner may be damaged.

3.Lift up lower rear end of front kicking plate inner while pulling it toward vehicle inside, disengage fixing pawls of front kicking plate inner, and then remove front kicking plate inner.

REAR KICKING PLATE INNER
1.Remove rear seat cushion. Seat Cushion.





2.Disengage fixing pawls on front lower end of rear kicking plate inner using a remover tool (A).

CAUTION:
Apply protective tape (B) on the parts to protect it from damage.

3.Lift up toward vehicle upper and disengage fixing pawls of rear kicking plate inner starting from the front.

CAUTION:
Never lift up excessively. Otherwise, rear end of rear kicking plate inner may be damaged.

4.Using a remover tool (A), lift up lower rear end of rear kicking plate inner while disengaging a fixing pawl on lower rear end of rear kicking plate inner, disengage remaining fixing pawls, and then remove rear kicking plate inner.

CAUTION:
Apply protective tape (B) on the parts to protect it from damage.

INSTALLATION

Install in the reverse order of removal.
