STEERING KNUCKLE

Removal and Installation












REMOVAL

1.Remove front wheel hub and bearing assembly. Front Wheel Hub.
2.Remove steering linkage from steering knuckle. Exploded View.
3.Remove the steering knuckle lower pinch bolt and nut.
4.Remove steering knuckle to strut bolts and steering knuckle. Exploded View.

INSPECTION AFTER REMOVAL

Check for deformity, cracks and damage on each part, replace if necessary.
Ball Joint Inspection
- Check for boot breakage, axial looseness, and torque of transverse link ball joint and repair as necessary.

INSTALLATION

Installation is in the reverse order of removal.

CAUTION:
Do not reuse non-reusable parts.
