Removal and Installation (Battery)


REMOVAL

1.Disconnect the battery negative and positive terminals.

CAUTION:
Disconnect the negative terminal first.
2.Remove battery frame nuts and battery frame.
3.Remove battery.

INSTALLATION

Installation is in the reverse order of removal.

CAUTION:
Connect the positive terminal first.
Battery frame nut: 3.92 Nm (0.4 kg-m, 35 in-lb)
Battery terminal nut: 5.4 Nm (0.55 kg-m, 48 in-lb)
Reset electronic systems as necessary. Special Repair Requirement Coupe.
