LOW TIRE PRESSURE WARNING LAMP DOES NOT TURN OFF

Description

The low tire pressure warning lamp does not turn OFF after several seconds is passed after set the vehicle to
READY.


Diagnosis Procedure


1. CHECK TIRE PRESSURE

1.Turn the power switch ON.

CAUTION:
Never set the vehicle to READY.
2.Check the tire pressure for all wheels and adjust to the specified value. Refer to "Tire Air Pressure" [1][2]Specifications.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES- GO TO 2.
NO- Inspect or repair the tires or wheels.

2. CHECK LOW TIRE PRESSURE WARNING LAMP

Check low tire pressure warning lamp display.
Does not low tire pressure warning lamp turn OFF?
YES- GO TO 3.
NO- INSPECTION END

3. CHECK BCM

With CONSULT
Perform "SELF-DIAG RESULTS" in "AIR PRESSURE MONITOR" of "BCM".
Is any DTC detected?
YES- Check the DTC.
NO- GO TO 4.

4. CHECK BCM POWER SUPPLY AND GROUND CIRCUIT

Perform the trouble diagnosis for power supply and ground circuit. Refer to "Diagnosis Procedure" Component Tests and General Diagnostics.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES- Replace the BCM. Refer to "Removal and Installation" Service and Repair.
NO- Repair or replace error-detected parts.
