THE DRIVING WHEELS SKID GREATLY ON ACCELERATION

System Description

The driving wheels skid greatly on acceleration.


Diagnosis Procedure


1. STOP LAMP FOR ILLUMINATION

Depress brake pedal and check that stop lamp turns ON.
Does stop lamp turn ON?
YES- GO TO 2.
NO- Check the stop lamp system. Refer to "Wiring Diagram" Exterior Lighting System.

2. PERFORM SELF-DIAGNOSIS

With CONSULT
1.Turn the power switch OFF ON.

CAUTION:
- Be sure to wait of 10 seconds after turning power switch OFF or ON.
- Set the vehicle to READY.
2.Repeat step 1 two or more times.
3.Perform self-diagnosis for "ABS".
Is any DTC detected?
YES- Check the DTC.
NO- Normal
