Removal and Installation


AUDIO UNIT






Removal
1. Remove the cluster lid C. Refer to Component Parts.
2. Remove the display unit to audio unit harness.
3. Remove the cluster lid C bracket screws.
4. Remove the audio unit and display unit (if equipped).

Installation
Installation is in the reverse order of removal.

FRONT TWEETER

Removal
1. Remove the front pillar garnish. Refer to Body Side Trim.
2. Remove the front tweeter grille.





3. Remove the front tweeter screws (A), disconnect the front tweeter connector and remove the front tweeter (1).

Installation
Installation is in the reverse order of removal.

FRONT DOOR SPEAKER

Removal
1. Remove the front door finisher. Refer to Service and Repair.





2. Remove the front door speaker screws (A), disconnect the front door speaker connector and remove the front door speaker (1).

Installation
Installation is in the reverse order of removal.

REAR SPEAKER, REAR SPEAKER ASSEMBLY

Removal
1. Remove the rear parcel shelf finisher. Refer to Service and Repair.





2. Remove the rear speaker screws (A), disconnect the rear speaker connector and remove the rear speaker (1).

Installation
Installation is in the reverse order of removal.

AUDIO AMPLIFIER






Removal
1. Slide the RH front seat toward the front to remove the audio amplifier rear bolts.
2. Slide the RH front seat toward the rear to remove the audio amplifier front bolts.
3. Disconnect the audio amplifier connectors and remove the audio amplifier.

Installation
Installation is in the reverse order of removal.

SATELLITE RADIO TUNER






Removal
1. Remove the luggage side finisher (LH). Refer to Trunk Room Trim & Trunk Lid Finisher.
2. Remove the satellite radio tuner bolts.
3. Disconnect the satellite radio tuner connector and remove the satellite radio tuner.





4. If necessary, remove the satellite radio tuner bracket bolts (A) and remove the satellite radio tuner brackets (1).

Installation
Installation is in the reverse order of removal.

STEERING WHEEL AUDIO CONTROL SWITCHES

Removal
1. Remove the driver air bag module. Refer to Driver Air Bag Module.





2. Remove the steering wheel audio control switch screws (A) and remove the steering wheel audio control switches (1).

Installation
Installation is in the reverse order of removal.
