CONSULT

Consult Inspection Procedure




1. Turn ignition switch "OFF".
2. Connect "CONSULT" to the data link connector.




3. Turn ignition switch "ON".
4. Touch "START".




5. Touch "IVMS".




6. Touch "IGN KEY WARN ALM", "LIGHT WARN ALM" or "SEAT BELT TIMER".




- DATA MONITOR and ACTIVE TEST are available for the warning buzzer.


Trouble Diagnosis





WORK FLOW

NOTE:
- When Local Control Unit (LCU) connectors are disconnected for more than 1 minute such as during trouble diagnoses, the "disconnected" data will be memorized by the BCM. Therefore, after reconnecting the LCU connectors, erase the memory.
^ To erase the memory, perform the procedure below. Erase the memory with turn the ignition switch to "OFF" position and remove 7.5 A fuse (No. (56), located in the fuse and fusible link box).
