When refinishing a repaired or replacement fascia, it is critical that the part is clean and
sufficiently abraded prior to painting. Be careful not to leave sanding scratches that cannot be hidden with a proper BASECOAT application. The body repair technician is encouraged to
review PI94-003 for more information regarding the refinishing the polyurethane or polypropylene bumper fascias.
