Service Procedure

DO NOT ATTEMPT TO REMOVE ANY EXISTING AIRBAG WARNING LABELS. THE REPLACEMENT LABELS ARE DESIGNED TO COVER THE EXISTING LABELS.

Driver's Side





1. With the visor in the stowed position, clean the area for the airbag label with alcohol or a mild detergent and brush clean (see Figure 1).

2. Peel the airbag label from the backing sheet and affix it to the visor (stowed position) as shown.

3. With the visor in the down position, clean the area for the airbag label with alcohol or a mild detergent and brush clean (see Figure 1).

4. Peel the warning label from the backing sheet and affix it to the visor (down position) as shown.

Passenger's Side

1. With the visor in the stowed position, clean the area for the airbag label with alcohol or a mild detergent (see Figure 1).

2. Peel the airbag label from the backing sheet and affix it to the visor (stowed position) as shown.

3. There is no label for the visor in the down position.
