Using Consult: Overview

Do not attempt to switch between CONSULT Diagnosis and On-Board Self Diagnosis.

1. Connect CONSULT to the vehicle Diagnostic Data Link connector.

2. Turn Ignition Switch "ON".

3. Turn CONSULT "ON".





4. Touch "START".





5. Touch "AIRBAG"





6. Touch "SELF-DIAG RESULTS" to read self-diagnosis results for Present Mode and (*) Initial Mode.

(*) Initial Diagnosis Mode was eliminated with the introduction of the Electrical Sensor type Air Bag Module.
