Instrument Cluster / Carrier: Service and Repair

Refer to Instrument Panel when replacing instrument cluster.
1. Remove steering column cover and steering wheel.
2. Remove gear shift boot.
3. Remove instrument panel cover.
4. Remove cluster lid retaining screws, then the cluster lid.
4. Disconnect speedometer cable, cluster retaining nuts and electrical connectors. Cluster may have to be pulled slightly forward after removing retaining screws to allow access to electrical connectors.
6. Reverse procedure to install.
